 UKhousesitters is a register of professional house sitters (also called home carers),
who will come and stay in your house when you have to go away. They will care for your pets in their home environment, water your plants, open and shut curtains to make the house look lived in, etc.
 Maybe (like me) you have a dog who doesn't get on with other dogs or has some other behaviour issues, making it almost impossible to find a suitable dog sitter. A house sitter could be the solution. Your dog will be more relaxed in his own environment, you don't have to worry about getting him used to any new dogs and should he do damage to the property, at least it will be your own!
 You can search for your house sitter either by region or by scanning the house sitter page. It is up to you to contact each individual house sitter and to check their references. The contact details for each advertising house sitter can be found in their ad. Some of them will also have web sites with more information about their services.
